The older I get the less I feel like cooking. I am so tired of beef, pork, chicken, and even veggies. Boring!?
I want something NEW. (can’t get lamb much here) Tired of soups, salads, casseroles, BBQ, curries, Italian, Indian, Oriental, even desserts, I just want something NEW.
I turn more and more cooking over to kids, I just do not want to cook anymore. I don’t even care much if I eat.
Other moms? Does this happen to you too.
Any suggestions for vegetarian BBQ recipes?
I know certain Quorn products can be BBQ cooked, but I’m wanting something more homemade.
What do you serve at a vegetarian BBQ?
I am having a wedding reception at my mom’s ranch in June. We are vegetarians, so we probably won’t serve meat. I thought about roasting corn and having a topping bar. Any other ideas?
